intuitive Verhalten in Führungs-, Verhandlungs- und
Entscheidungs-Situationen bzw. im Teamwork-Prozess bewusst zu machen.
Dabei werden Stärken und Schwächen im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und
Kunden erkannt, als Bilder gespeichert und als Erlebnis verarbeitet.
Klarer Spiegel Pferde sind unverfälschte Spiegel unseres Verhaltens. Sie haben
über Jahrmillionen eine scharfe Beobachtungsgabe und eine höchst
effektive Kommunikation entwickelt. Pferde nehmen Bewegungen und
körperliche Reaktionen äusserst differenziert wahr – auch am Menschen
- und reagieren somit direkt auf Gefühle und Gedanken ihres
Gegenübers. Diese Eigenschaften machen wir uns in den Seminaren
zunutze und erhalten so eine unmittelbare, ehrliche und unverfälschte
Reaktion auf unser Verhalten.

Authentic Horse Arts® pferdegestützte Seminare für Führungskräfte verändern
die Sicht auf den Führungsalltag, geben neue Impulse, sind Erlebnis und
Selbsterfahrung mit nachhaltiger Wirkung. Teilnehmen kann jeder, der eine
Führungsfunktion ausübt oder dafür vorgesehen ist. Erfahrungen im Umgang mit
Pferden werden nicht voraus gesetzt.

Theozen connecting people and horses est membre
de L’Association Européenne pour l’éducation assistée par le cheval (EAHAE),
cette dernière est la référence en la matière.
L’Objectif principal est basé sur l’organisation de séminaires en
contact avec les chevaux. Ces cours sont basés sur le développement
personnel et relationnel, d’où l’appelation « connecting people and
horses ».
Cette formation est adaptée aussi bien pour le privé à la recherche
d’un nouveau défi que pour les entreprises, les institutions et les
sociétés qui souhaitent offrir un challenge à leurs responsables en
les mettant en contact avec un univers méconnu pour eux, celui du
rapport homme/cheval.
Les exercices et les différents stades de rapport avec les chevaux se
réfèrent aux interactions avec l’environnement professionnel ou privé.
Les Notions de « leadership » et de « teambuilding » sont mises en
évidence par la relation homme-cheval « miroir ».
Le cheval « miroir » nous aide à analyser notre relation de chaque
instant sur le plan professionnel et personnel, avec soi-même et avec
les autres.
Dans les rêves, la mythologie et la science, le cheval est le symbole
de la nature instinctuelle de l’homme.
« Rien n’est si bon pour l’intérieur d’un homme que l’extérieur d’un
cheval » est un proverbe qui définit au mieux notre philosophie.

This program requires profound
horse knowledge and good knowledge of the target market. You will
not learn the basics. You will get to know the HorseDream approach
in working with corporate clients and horses.
This approach has developed interest
of companies, leaders, trainers and coaches over the previous 15
years in Europe. We started to take it global with the
EAHAE conference
2007. Today there are over 90 licensed HorseDream partners worldwide.
So if you also want to gather very special know-how in the field of horse
assisted education, equine guided education, equine assisted
learning, or whatever you would call it, you are very welcome to join our

This is a
business approach. We provide seminars and team trainings for corporates only. We do not work with children, disabled, or traumatized
clients. However, if you are qualified to do so, you may of course adapt
our approach, if you wish.
We work
with the Integral Model as a background theory. Thus, it would be
helpful for you to be familiar with books such as "The Integral Vision"
(Ken Wilber) or "Conscious Business" (Fred Kofman).
When you
have attended these four workshops and joined the EAHAE you‘ll get the
HorseDream Partner License. Only then you are allowed to use the
phrase “Licensed HorseDream Partner” on your website, in your brochures,
and on your business papers.
Workshop
1 "Distance and Nearness" is about working with clients in the so
called picadero. This work is based on what Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling has
written in his book “Dancing with Horses”, which was published in Germany
(“Mit Pferden tanzen”) in 1993. This book is highly recommended especially
for the first and for the second workshops.
Workshop
2 "Leadership Exercises" is about working with clients in various
hands-on exercises. Leading a horse is a process. We will learn how to
trust the horse’s responses to our leadership approach.

3 "Reaching Goals, Overcoming Obstacles" is about working with
individual clients, groups, or teams. Reaching a goal is a process,
overcoming obstacles is a process. We will learn how to trust the horse’s
responses to our goals and to our obstacles and how to trust the process.
A goal is one thing, a personal vision is another, and a shared vision is
a third. We will also work on our personal and our shared visions.
Workshop
4 "Integral HorseMapping" is about working with individual clients,
groups, and teams in personal, structural, and organizational
constellations. We will learn how to use the help of horses in a
constellation process and we’ll take the first steps toward the Integral
Approach of Ken Wilber, Fred Kofman, Don Beck, Peter Senge and others.
