Horse Assisted
Education
is an extraordinary concept. G&K HorseDream has been providing
hands-on programs for more than 13 years.
Horse Assisted Education suits those seeking to
enhance their current practice
with programs that emphasize conscious awareness and impact
behaviour change.
Since 2004 HorseDream provides Train the Trainer seminars. There are
some 150
International
Horse Assisted Educators
trained by HorseDream
International Certification Program
There are over 60 Licensed HorseDream Partners in Austria,
Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Germany, Hungary,
Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
Turkey, USA.
Licensed HorseDream Partners have gone
through
four partner workshops. They are committed to sharing the
main parts of the HorseDream approach. They are working on a similar
training level with similar educational, ethical, and safety
standards.
Why horses? Because
horse-sense
means common-sense.
It's about
developing your leadership conscious-ness.
It's about true willingness versus com-pliance:
Leadership isn't just
about getting people from one place to the other. Leadership is
about how we lead, how we are perceived, how we are received - are
we aware of our body language, our attitude and our tone of voice.
Our approach reflects those qualities, the language a horse
understands. A horse shows us what we truly need to do to inspire
and lead people.
It's about
understanding how to inspire people: Everything means
something, nothing means nothing. Communication is
not only about what we say but also about how we
say it. A horse cares nothing about your title or
position only how much you care. Power is not an option, earn the
authority to lead and your effort is rewarded.
It's about finding
comfort in being able to face each other with
trust and respect:
The exercise "Face to Face with
Horses" has an immediate impact on your awareness. The horse will
react to you exactly as you present yourself, reflecting
your leadership style, how it's perceived and received.
It's about creating
the desire to be partners: Looking at
communication from another's perspective can initiate profound
change in one day. Looking at processes and process
management from an integral perspective will open horizons.
It's about focus;
acting and reacting with total awareness:
The exercise
"Distance and Nearness" is about the
importance of integrity and trust through open, honest communication. It's about team spirit, it's about
collaboration, joy, fun, and
self development in your place of
business. It's about experiencing success
as well as "success behind success", as Fred Kofman puts it in
"Conscious Business".
Integral learning with
horses is one of the most effective team building activities you'll
ever experience.
Through a dynamic and
interactive approach, our team program "To Reach a Goal Together"

Authentic Horse Arts® pferdegestützte Seminare für Führungskräfte verändern
die Sicht auf den Führungsalltag, geben neue Impulse, sind Erlebnis und
Selbsterfahrung mit nachhaltiger Wirkung. Teilnehmen kann jeder, der eine
Führungsfunktion ausübt oder dafür vorgesehen ist. Erfahrungen im Umgang mit
Pferden werden nicht voraus gesetzt.
Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern das eigene intuitive
Verhalten in Führungs-, Verhandlungs- und Entscheidungssituationen bewusst
zu machen. Dabei werden Stärken und Schwächen im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern
oder Kunden erkannt, als Bild gespeichert und als Erlebnis verarbeitet. Die
Pferde fungieren als Medium und bauen die Brücke zwischen Denken - Emotion
und Tat.
Erkenntnisse werden reflektiert und auf den Arbeitsalltag übertragen.

Das Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern das eigene
intuitive Verhalten in Führungs-, Verhandlungs- und
Entscheidungs-Situationen bzw. im Teamwork-Prozess bewusst zu machen.
Dabei werden Stärken und Schwächen im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und
Kunden erkannt, als Bilder gespeichert und als Erlebnis verarbeitet.
Klarer Spiegel
Pferde sind unverfälschte Spiegel unseres Verhaltens. Sie haben
über Jahrmillionen eine scharfe Beobachtungsgabe und eine höchst
effektive Kommunikation entwickelt. Pferde nehmen Bewegungen und
körperliche Reaktionen äusserst differenziert wahr – auch am Menschen
- und reagieren somit direkt auf Gefühle und Gedanken ihres
Gegenübers. Diese Eigenschaften machen wir uns in den Seminaren
zunutze und erhalten so eine unmittelbare, ehrliche und unverfälschte
Reaktion auf unser Verhalten.
